Who this policy is for

This policy applies when you use the Lime Grove Interiors website, send an enquiry, book a consultation, buy a flat-rate design service, submit a Mini Design Consultation brief or upload room photographs.

Information you send

The website may collect your name, email address, phone number, message, booking details, service choice, room notes, measurements, design preferences and photographs you upload for a Mini Design Consultation.

If you pay online, payment is handled by Stripe. Lime Grove Interiors stores the service/order status and payment reference, but does not store full card details.

How it is used

Your details are used to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, prepare consultation work, deliver purchased services, send confirmations, keep administration records and protect the website from misuse.

Optional Google Analytics only runs if you allow analytics cookies. It helps understand visits and website use at an aggregated level.

Umami provides additional anonymous website analytics without tracking cookies, cross-site tracking or the collection of personally identifiable information. It respects browser Do Not Track settings and does not receive names, email addresses, booking details or form contents.

Who handles the data

The site is hosted on Render and uses Supabase/PostgreSQL for database storage when configured in production. Email is sent through the configured email provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. Anonymous website analytics is provided by Umami, with optional consent-gated analytics provided by Google. Uploaded files should be stored in the configured private storage provider before accepting live Mini Design Consultation orders.

How long it is kept

Enquiries, bookings and order records are kept for as long as needed to respond, deliver the service, maintain business records and resolve any follow-up questions. Room photographs should be deleted when they are no longer needed for the consultation or agreed follow-up support.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by Lime Grove Interiors, subject to any records that need to be kept for legal, accounting or dispute reasons.

Authorised Studio workspace users can exclude their own browser from Umami analytics with no scheduled expiry. This choice applies only to the browser and device where it is made, remains until it is reversed or that browser's site data is cleared, and can be reversed from the dashboard at any time.
